The first T is for Tint: hair color. Gray, for wisdom, experience, and sound judgment.
The second T is for Title. The bigger, the better.
The third T is for Tenure. The longer you’ve been around, the more credible you are.
Many places of work – consciously or unconsciously – give more power to the Three T’s than they should. And that goes for worker’s as well. “Just wait until I have…” is the coward’s way out.
Don’t mistake the Three T’s for success. They often are meaningless.
