If inspiration were to come in a flash, in the lightning bolt where it is commonly believe to arrive, then it is not our fault if we are not inspired. And if that isn’t our fault, then all of the possible ramifications of it (which could include everything from losing our jobs to the world losing out on the art that we create) are not our fault either. Imagine a homeless person on the street with a sign that says “Please give. Just wasn’t inspired.”
There is power in showing up every day and in creating an environment where inspiration can be manifest. It’s as easy as you want to make it.
If you want to have a career of brilliance, get inspired to manage your inspiration.
